On May 5, 2026, UBS initiated coverage of Constellium SE (NYSE:CSTM) with a Buy rating and a $38 price target. The firm said the market is “too bearish” on normalization in used beverage can spreads and expects spreads to remain elevated over the next few years due to S232 tariffs, adding that this scenario is not reflected in the stock.

On April 30, 2026, Deutsche Bank raised its price target on Constellium SE (NYSE:CSTM) to $40 from $29 and maintained a Buy rating on the shares after what it described as a strong Q1 report. The firm said the results position the company for a record EBITDA year.

Constellium SE (NYSE:CSTM) reported Q1 EPS of $1.42 compared to 26c last year, while revenue rose to $2.46B from $1.98B. CEO Ingrid Joerg said the company delivered record quarterly adjusted EBITDA despite macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty, supported by supply shortages in North American automotive rolled products, improved aerospace conditions, and favorable scrap and metal dynamics. The company generated $5M in free cash flow during the quarter and repurchased 1.2 million shares for $28M. Constellium raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $900M-$940M and expects free cash flow above $275M.

Constellium SE (NYSE:CSTM) manufactures rolled and extruded aluminum products for aerospace, automotive, packaging, transportation, industrial, and defense markets.
