(NYSE:QXO)’s positions in roofing, waterproofing, lumber-related building materials, as well as related associated products, with TopBuild’s insulation capabilities. This will result in a higher-margin business possessing expansive value-added offerings for customers. The acquisition is projected to close in Q3 2026. After the completion of the TopBuild transaction, QXO, Inc. (NYSE:QXO) will operate in an addressable market of over $300 billion.
